Returns
  1. All sales of downloadable files are final. No returns.
  2. DVDs and CDs may be returned for replacement if they are damaged.

Shipping
  1. On completion of checkout, links to downloads are sent automatically to the email address associated with the PayPal account. Links remain active for 24 hours.
  2. CDs & DVDs are usually shipped within 2 business days of order receipt.
    Shipping is via USPS First Class mail.
