"Hi Valerie, I have just had a chance to look at your website in detail. What an awesome and complete way of helping the public and especially from someone with not only the knowledge, but the teaching abilities you have. Teaching is not something everyone can do effectively, because to be able to reach a person and have them able to move and do something about it, is an art. One that you are very gifted with. I know you have helped me very much, and I am still using the skills you taught me for a good life for the future. Thank you so much."

"Confiding in Valerie on a weekly basis, I was able to resolve some relationship issues that had arisen in my already stressful life. By putting me at ease, listening to me, and giving sound advice (sprinkled with personal experience), Valerie helped me see the bigger picture and rescue me from a potentially harmful romance."

"I would like to refer and recommend Valerie Curcuro to be a featured professional in the Tri-Valley Herald's "At Work with Valerie" article.
Valerie is a Life Coach with New Beginnings Personal Growth & Self Development and is also Assistant Director for the Tri-Valley Grapevine Chapter of Business Networking International (BNI) . She not only "talks the talk", but she also "walks" her business. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about her business. She is a wonderful coach for individuals as well as for the chapter in bringing out the positive in people and providing the encouragement for personal growth with a positive attitude."

I first met with Valerie Curcuro in June at the beginning of launching our new software product. When we met, I was not particularly in turmoil or seeking help for any specific emotional issues. Within and hour and a half, Valerie was able to uncover a business relationship that I had that was actually counterproductive for me. The moment she pointed it out, I knew it was true, and I’m really surprised that I had not acted on my instincts before. Sometimes between a false sense of duty and jumbled emotional ties, we seem to ignore almost obvious realities that are not going to change. Valerie’s expertise is in giving clarity to these realities and coming up with a game plan for living a purposefully healthier life. Looking back, I not only developed more constructive business relationships, I have actually restructured my entire marketing plan around the advice that Valerie gave me in that first meeting

"While relaxing with a hot cup of coffee many Sunday mornings and enjoying your Tri-Valley Herald articles "At Work with", something occurred to me that I would like to share with you.
Your Articles Are Outstanding in that you choose professionals who are truly gifted in their fields, passionate about their professions, and caring toward their clients. It's great to know what is going on and about the area with business professionals.
Thank you for your excellent articles. They've inspired me to think about various excellent professionals that I know personally.
There is a woman that I would highly recommend that you consider featuring in an upcoming article.
Her name is Valerie Curcuro, and she is a life coach with New Beginnings Personal Growth and Development.
Over the last 15 years I have hired (and fired) many coaches and have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars doing so... quite honestly and humbly I feel in a unique position to know when there is true value in a Life Coach. Through truly excellent life coaching I have made phenomenal progress both personally and professionally.
Here are the reasons why I feel that Valerie is a truly extraordinary life coach and why he your readers would benefit tremendously by learning more about her.
Valerie has the benefit of being naturally (or by rigorous training and experience) insightful, (although not often spoke about as a value, a coach who has a sort of "x-ray vision", and can see what a client cannot see within themselves is of extraordinary value).
She has a high level of training, an ocean of personal experience, and a very solid internal compass,
She also has the wisdom and understanding that life is not monochromatic, but is filled with rich textures and colors, and depths that need to be explored, both internally and externally to enjoy a truly unique and fulfilled life.
She truly cares for her clients, is passionate about people, and is committed to seeing each person live to their highest potential.
There is truly more to her than I can possibly share with you in just a short letter.
If it is one of your goals as a writer to help your readers truly live creative, balanced, and purposeful lives, you'd be doing them a tremendous service by contacting Valerie directly and enjoying an interview with her."

I recently saw an add that said you were looking for local businesses and/or professionals to feature in your AtWork column. I immediately thought of my own Life Coach. Her name is Valerie Curcuro. The name of her business is New Beginnings. I have worked with Valerie for the last year. She has been instrumental in helping me get my own business up and running. She has not only helped me with my business but she has also helped me get through some personal issues.
There are many things that come to mind when I think about why Valerie is so effective, but I would rather you write an article about her than me.
Here 3 things I like about Valerie:
I have acted on what she has suggested to me and my personal and professional life is the better for it.

- Valerie is extremely knowledgable about a myriad of subjects which enhances her ability offer solutions to problems.
- Valerie has a unique way of presenting information to you in such a way that it motivates you act on what she has suggested.
I have acted on what she has suggested to me and my personal and professional life is the better for it.

"I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your presentation at the Ambassador Meeting today. One would never have guessed that you were a former wall-flower. You seem very comfortable approaching people, and provided such a unique point of view. Your examples of when to approach or not approach a group were most helpful. You are quite right - sometimes groups of people seem very closed off, but it's good to remind ourselves that it may have nothing to do with us, but is more likely a result of the intimacy of that particular conversation.
I always feel a bit apprehensive about the nature of discussions I have with folks in these settings. All the real estate trainers in the world would tell you that you should be constantly letting people know what you do and asking for their business, but from my point of view, very few people are unaware of what a realtor does (or an insurance agent, or an accountant for that matter). I'm with you - the most fun I have in a room is introducing someone to other people who might share some commonality in their businesses. I had a friend who was starting her own graphic design business, and it was a kick to see how many people I could find at a mixer one night that might have clients for her, and vice versa.
Anyway, I look forward to having the opportunity to join an 'open conversation' with you at a future mixer. Perhaps even tomorrow evening! Thank you again."
