Life Coaching is to your life what your vehicle’s GPS is to your driving experience. You choose the destination and the system gives you navigational direction along the way. If you miss or make a wrong turn, it gives you the necessary course changes to get you back on the road to your destination. Working with your Life Coach is similar, you choose the goal you desire to achieve and develop a plan that your Coach then helps you to follow, pointing out necessary adjustments and changes, all the while keeping you focused and on track to achieving your desired goal.
Valerie is a certified Christian lay counselor and has spent over 20 years researching and successfully applying principles of recovery and personal growth to her own life and has over 15 years experience teaching the principles she has learned.
